Eligibility for Refunds
Before Project Commencement
If a project is cancelled before any work has begun, the advance payment may be refunded in full, provided no research, planning, or project preparation has taken place.
After Project Commencement
Once work has started—including research, strategy, concept development, design exploration, or the presentation of initial concepts—the advance payment becomes non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of Sanjariya, depending on the stage of the project and the amount of work completed.
After Final Approval
No refunds will be issued once the final design has been approved by the client or after the final files have been delivered.
