By engaging with Sanjariyasaif, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms establish a clear understanding between both parties and ensure a transparent, professional, and efficient collaboration throughout the project.
Sanjariyasaif provides creative services including, but not limited to:
The project scope, deliverables, timeline, and file formats will be mutually agreed upon before work begins.
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your project and reserve your booking.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the delivery of any final files.
Project work will commence only after the advance payment has been received.
All payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
Final source files, editable files, and production-ready assets will only be delivered after full payment has been completed.
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope.
Any additional revisions, new design directions, or requests outside the original scope may incur additional charges and may require an extension to the project timeline.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved design is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sanjariyasaif reserves the right to feature completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media platforms, and promotional materials. If confidentiality is required, a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be established prior to the commencement of the project.
Project timelines are based on the agreed schedule and depend on timely communication, feedback, and the submission of all necessary content by the client.
Delays in approvals or required materials may result in adjustments to the delivery timeline.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, project content, and timely feedback throughout the project.
Any substantial change in the approved brief or project scope after work has commenced may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
Either party may terminate the project if these Terms & Conditions are materially violated.
If the client chooses to cancel the project after work has commenced, the advance payment will not be refunded. Any work completed beyond the initial scope may be invoiced accordingly.
While every project is completed with the highest standard of quality and professional care, Sanjariyasaif shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or commercial damages arising from the use, reproduction, or implementation of the final deliverables.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all final artwork before production, publication, or implementation.
Payment of the project advance constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By proceeding with the project, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above.
